If We Love Him

“Jesus answered and said to him, ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him.” John 14:23

I often wonder if my love for God is pleasing to Him and I pray that when I am put to the test I will always honor His word. I pray that my love for Him would always be the driving force behind every decision that I make and every word that I speak. There is no other way that He can use me, come to me and make His home with me. I pray today that as He strengthens my love for Him that my love for others will also grow and that I will never forget that perfect, unconditional love that He pours out upon His children.

God’s unconditional love for us is so awesome! Today is a good day to demonstrate our love for Him by keeping, honoring and obeying His word. Let His perfect, unconditional love be the driving force behind your every decision and just see what wonders will come from that.
