Our Good, His Glory

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

I don’t know about you but I’ve seen this happen so many times and I want to thank God today that He truly does cause all things to work together for good in the lives of His children. If you haven’t done so lately take the time today to reflect on answered prayers and as you look back I think you’ll see His hand at work in situations that seemed so hopeless while you were in the middle of them. Now you can give Him praise and glory for good that has come out of those often painful and difficult experiences that He has turned around for good in your life. Don’t get caught up in your circumstances so much that you forget that all the while God is causing all things to work together for your good and His glory.

Recently I had an occasion to look back on some things that had been potentially devastating over the years. Yet in looking back all I could see was how much God loves me and how He has repeatedly turned one situation after another to good. He truly is continually working to cause all things to work together for good to those who love Him.
