Imagine

“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

This is just one of many verses that cause me to realize how in awe of I am of God and all that He is able to do! (Nothing is impossible with Him, you know.) Most human eyes haven’t even seen a fraction of the beauty He’s created for us to enjoy in this world, let alone the glories He’s prepared for eternity! I can’t even begin to imagine what He is truly capable of. I pray that He will reveal more of Himself to those of us who are hungry for more of Him today. I pray that He will open the eyes of hearts and spiritual ears so that we don’t miss anything that He has prepared for us see and to hear today. The rest we can gladly and confidently wait for!

I believe this verse (and every other verse in the Bible) is literally true but I also have to wonder how much more we could see, hear and imagine if we were truly tuned in to what the Holy Spirit is trying to do in our lives. Can you imagine the wonders?
