From Glory to Glory

“But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

Making changes can be difficult, challenging and even painful yet sometimes we may have attitudes or desires that don’t line up with God’s will or His plan for our lives. Even when we recognize those problem areas we can’t change those things without the help of the Holy Spirit. It is only through God’s grace that we are able to be transformed into His image; so necessary if others are to see Him in us. Ask Him to teach you as you look to Him as an example of how to love and serve others and as your example of righteousness. Ask Him and He will transform your thoughts, attitudes and the desires of your heart so that you might truly be Christ-like in every thing you say and do.

If we are to be like Him we need to focus on Him and on doing those things that bring honor and glory to Him. Keep focusing every day and transformation will come; from glory to glory.
