Keep Praying Because He Hears

“You will pray to Him, and He will hear you; and you will pay your vows. You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways. When you are cast down, you will speak with confidence, and the humble person He will save. He will deliver one who is not innocent, and he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.” Job 22:27-30

God answers prayer! I’m sure I’ve said that a time or two and I will keep saying it because not only do I believe that He answers, I believe He answers immediately! We don’t’ always see the answer immediately and even in some situations we don’t see the answer at all but these four verses from the oldest of books have a lot to say about prayer and His response to it. He hears our prayers, He establishes the answers to our prayers and lights our way, He lifts us up and provides confidence and salvation to the humble. Now look very closely at the last of these verses; “He will deliver one who is not innocent, and he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.” Doesn’t that bring comfort, especially if you’re praying for one who is lost?

Don’t stop praying because He hears, especially if you are praying for lost loved ones, they will be delivered by the cleanness of your hands!
