This is What is Required

“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8

God has never intended for His people to be in the dark when it comes to knowing what pleases Him; doing justly, being kind and walking humbly with Him. It is my prayer today that the Lord will help me to do all that He requires because I know that He has never asked anything of me that He is not fully prepared to help me accomplish. These things are what is good and as we walk with Him we know what pleases him and that which pleases Him also brings honor and glory to Him.

It really all comes back to love, doesn’t it? Loving God is the key to desiring to walk humbly with Him and loving others is the key to justice and kindness toward them.
