Lovely Feet

“How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces peace and brings good news of happiness, who announces salvation, and says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’” Isaiah 52:7

Have you asked the Lord to order your steps today and to use you mightily wherever you go? I believe this verse is further proof that our walk is just as important as our talk; the two have to match up. A good attitude and a heart of thanksgiving will bless others with good news. When words of peace are spoken, happiness and salvation will be announced wherever your walk takes you today. Be the one who says ‘My God Reigns!’ no matter where you go or what situation you might encounter. Ask Him to help you see things through His eyes and walk by faith, not by sight. I pray today for a cheerful attitude and confident assurance that He is at work in all things and for lovely feet that bring good news!

Our God reigns! Be the voice of good news, peace, happiness and salvation today no matter what the world might say; this is better for the feet than the most luxurious pedicure.
