Let Peace Rule

“And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.” Colossians 3:15

What rules your heart today? Is it chaos and confusion, pain and despair or is it the peace of Christ? The only peace that surpasses all understanding in the face of turmoil and disappointment is the peace of Christ. When that peace truly reigns in your heart you are able to have an attitude of thankfulness no matter what situation or circumstance you face. When His peace rules your heart it is evident to all and you become an ambassador of that precious peace to everyone you come in contact with. You can experience such peace when you place your trust in Him to meet your every need. Stay close to Him today for He is your only source of true and lasting peace.

There are few things I appreciate more about belonging to Him than the peace that I experience after having been in His presence. Let the peace of Christ rule in your heart … and be thankful!
