Knowing His Favor

“Remember me, O Lord, in Thy favor toward Thy people; visit me with Thy salvation, that I may see the prosperity of thy chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of Thy nation, that I may glory with Thine inheritance.” Psalm 106:4-5

Where do you need favor today? Is there a job or family situation you’re concerned about? Do you financial or health issues that plague you? Pray for sensitivity as you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you today and that you will find favor wherever He takes you. Praise and thank Him for your salvation and rejoice in your inheritance as His child. Isn’t it a privilege to be His? I will surely pray today that God would remember my loved ones that they might know His salvation, the prosperity of His chosen ones and the glory of His inheritance as well. (I’ve said many times that if He never did another thing for me I still couldn’t count all the ways He’s blessed me.) Know that as His child your inheritance will never run out! Remember us, O Lord, and help us remember that we have determined to set our hearts and thoughts on You!

Isn’t it wonderful to know that God goes before His people, paving the way for favor? It is such a privilege to be able to call upon our Heavenly Father to go before us whether we are headed to a job interview, a Doctors appointment or the grocery store. Where are you going today that you might need to find favor?
